For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing may take additional time, depending on the complexity of the design. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey to your doorstep. For international orders, we make every effort to minimize customs duties, and these fees are rarely applied. However, if they do arise, any additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange or style credit option. You can exchange items or receive style credits within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
